All these bullshit lies you are peddling and you have no clue about the way these things work. The U.S. Government provides Secret Service Security for any visiting head of state, President or Prime Minister. They do not have to hire security. My friend owned a place where Jagdeo made an appearance while he was the president. The Secret Service came prior to the event and cased out the place to establish security protocols. They also questioned my friend before the event took place.
