Lots of people who suffer do so because of their own doing. Many don't want to put in the time and effort to get up. Many just squander their lives because they become hooked on drugs. America is the land of opportunity and anyone who want to make something of themselves can do so. My daughter never worked in her life as I encouraged her to focus on her school. Now that she is waiting to get into Pharmacy school, she decided to go out to work. Her very first application got her an interview and that interview got her hired. There are exceptions but for the most part, those who are suffering are doing do because of their own habits and attitudes.
