I have seen poverty in America worse than some third world countries. I could not believe that people were living under those conditions in a first world nation. Because you are not looking. some 30 percent of the children in Toronto are below the poverty line. Canada's nasty secret is its racist legacy against native peoples. some 40 percent are in dire poverty.
