The Nepalese Royal Family were believed by many Nepalese to be related to Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu was their ancestor. But if you trace the Nepalese Royal Family ancestry back to the fourteenth century then you will learn that their ancestor was a Muslim man name Khan. Khan converted to Hinduism and changed his name to Shah.
