my gf told me she doesnt eat dhal  whn she wrking..lol

Dhal n channa dont  bother me.. only fry ( hard channa) gives me gas

i use digestive enzymes so its not too bad

n i add plenty stuff to my bean salad .. cucumber, parsley, tomato, sweet peppers, celery , almonds slivers, walnuts, sunflower n pumpkin seeds, cranberries, corn

rich in fiber n protein but u have to drink lots of water n i also eat  1/2-3/4 cup only! Good for  diabetics ( low glycemic index plus it slows the absorption of carbs )!  n the fiber is good for high cholesterol ( beans have soluble fiber which binds to cholesterol in the intestines thus preventing the cholesterol from being absorbed)

another gf ( indian) told me she used beano as she cant digest beans:peas/lentils
