Bannas if you know, cane cutters ONLY get paid when they chop cane, No wok No pay.
It is a miracle that cane cutters were not injured or killed. They should all be thanking God for their lives.

The damage was at grinding and chopping process, that's far away from the cane cutters. Somebody put steel rods in the cane punts along with the cane, so the punts was emptied and the cane weighed then travelled to the knives for chopping, that's where the metal hit metal and broke the blades.

This happened before. It must have been PNC operatives hell bent on finishing off the last of the sugar workers livelihood!

Where ignorance is bliss it's folly to be wise. And you want to go back to Guyana and do oil business? Look out for the cane cutters to put an iron rod down somewhere in you.
