So, did PPP keep their promises?

Not only did the PPP keep their promises, they exceeded expectations.  To the point where many who ran away under the Burnham regime returned to live and build a life in Guyana.  Many of those who returned are promising to leave again.

So why has the population of the PPP heartland, Region 6, drop by 25% since the PPP took over.  Why was the Indian population 49% in 1991 and now a mere 40%.

You can ramble as you wish, but the FACTS are the FACTS.

In fact the tremendous Guyanese community in islands like Trinidad, Barbados, St Lucia, St Kitts Nevis, St Maarten and Tortola, soared after 2000.

In most cases Guyanese remain the largest migrate community, even when those islands experienced difficulties between 2008 and the last year or two!
