The constitution of Guyana does not prohibit a President from seeking office after he has completed his consecutive two terms.

The bullies drove him away. He could have returned and tormented them even more fiercely, but I guess he decided to stop posting. It shows he has a life; many of his foes are addicted and can't stay away.
