Pres Obama's laudable visit to Cuba is a start. Things will continue to open up between the two countries. The Cubans excel in medicine, I can see medical tourism to Cuba becoming big in the not too distant future.

This is not an accounting term.  It is a term used primarily in financial markets to describe a correction following a recession of stocks, commodities, and currencies, as the secular trends follow the business cycle.
