Yuji, you're bearing false witness to speak lies. You are doing injustice to the PPP rather than helping. The police did remove Edghill, so your claim is false. Priya Manickchand said she was hurt and claimed her back and chest were bruised. Why didn't she bring the evidence to support her claim? 

The PPP should take a firm stance against the PNC in situations, but with caution. This latest episode didn't cut it for them. Lies will come back to haunt them when they least expected it.

You are 'right on the money'.  This has been going on from day one in Parliament.  Finally the PPP exposed them for the world to see.

It's wrong to take one unfortunate situation to give the PPP an entire overhaul. The PPP is learning the hard way of challenging the PNC, but there is much work remain to be corrected from the PPP wrong doing.  

Raphael Trotman made a good point of the opposition when he was sitting on the PPP side. He said the majority always wins at the end regardless of all the bickering from the opposition side. He was right on point. The PPP don't have a voting majority to stop the PNC from passing the budget estimates.

This incident will not make the PPP win 2020 election. It will take a whole lot more for them to regain power from the PNC. I am not against the PPP or taking PNC side. I am just being realistic with facts.

A PPP comrade in Guyana told me recently that the party will need all the votes it can pick up to attain a win, even the votes of AFC deserters. The PPP's traditional base is insufficient as Indians are now less than 38.9% of the population. The party realistically cannot muster massive Amerindian votes as in 2015 because Granger will grab them by hook or crook.

Considering that the PPP lost by under one percent and the AFC deserters came back home, they are definitely winning.

The educated, middle class and the young (who have been dashed aside by the AFC/PNC) and who gave the coalition a chance the last time with the agenda for change have all returned home.

Granger can only win by rigging and this will not be easy since the statements of poll and counting at polling station are the saving grace. The PPP has to lobby heavily for large amounts of international observers.

Their (PPP) arrogance made them broken relations with organizations like the Carter Institute but given change across the world today, it is highly unlikely that Ganger will be able to implement wholesale rigging. The PPP has to start preparing from next year to counteract any PNC plan to rig.

To what I have picked up on, Frank makes for a much better candidate. I am surprised Gilly does not see Anil as a lost cause.
