Let us not forget also how Romney mishandled the embassy storming and the subsequent deaths before anything was confirmed, and that while Obama never sanctioned the embassy statement in Benghazi before the protests, Romney said he Obama was apologizing. Romney was un-Reagan-like by attacking for political gains a sitting US President in a time of national problems overseas.

 

Romney insulted the British over their Olympic preparation and stereotyped the Jews as money-hungry people. One country is the easiest to say things about (Britain) and the other has a Prime Minister who worked at Bain Capital (Israel), and he flubbed them both.

 

He has shown an unsteady hand like McCain did when Lehman collapsed.

And now this revelation, and they are not walking it back. When Obama had his “cling to guns and God” he was not disavowing those folks. He was stating a fact. Romney on the other hand disparaged 47% of the population.

 

Think about it – with Blacks being only 12% of the population he had to be speaking about white folks who would normally vote for a Republican candidate.

 

Obama is one lucky son of a gun I guess.

2004’s  5.4% jobless rate was up from a 4.2% reading when Bush took office. By comparison, the unemployment rate today is only slightly higher than the 7.8% rate on the day Obama was sworn in, and slightly better than the 8.3% reading a few weeks later.

Do some fact checking. Do not rely on that racist moron as a source of information. He is allergic to truths.

The Obama "Cling to guns and religion" moment was to state a mind-set of the people whom he wants to court.

 

Romney on the other hand, clearly stated that the 47% is not his job to go after. IT is the 10 - 15% Independents.

 

That's a huge difference between the two private moments caught on camera.

 

It';s is clear also that Romney's aspirations to being a leader of the US and his comments to "kick the ball down the field and hope that ultimately, somehow, something will happen and resolve it" are just ugly.

 

Stick a fork on this fake. His approach is to say that with the economic situation this election is a gimme for the Republican nominee. Therefore I don't need to do anything but say Obama is in over his head - nice guy though. Romney has no passion for this contest. He refuses to lay out specific policies that would achieve his goals of debt reduction, job creation, etc. He's just a fake. Obama is pulling away, like he did with McCain in Sep 2008. The election is just going to be boring from here on in. Like SNL said, Obama's main weapon in his contest is his opponent.

Why should Romney focus his attention on those who don't pay taxes and contribute to the country's economy? Seniors should be taken care of because they already worked for their retirements. The free hand out is an encouragement for young people to be lazy and mooch off the government for life. America is experiencing its worst economics crises, and here we have to worry about those who take from government and put nothing into the system. We're talking about Chief and company who always want something from brother Obama.

But most households did pay payroll taxes. Of the 18.1 percent of households that paid neither income taxes nor payroll taxes, the center found that more than half were elderly and more than a third were not elderly but had income under $20,000. Roberton Williams, a senior fellow at the center, wrote in a blog post last summer that about half of those were off the rolls because they had low incomes.
