Every group in Guyana benefitted during the last 19 years. There is no evidence to prove that housing schemes were built for Indos. There is no evidence substantiating exclusion of Blacks for the civil service. There is no evidence that contracts only go to Indo-Guyanese. There is no evidence that scholarships to study overseas are not given to group.
