The polit.iCal realities on the ground are such that the AFC will garner 3rd place at the polls. Thus an AFC Leader cannot beat the "PPP" at the polls. 

Moses se will make life miserable for the PPP's chances at the polls obviously and thus not guarantee them a victory of over 50% of the votes.
