The unconscionable AFC/APNU budget cuts has left the Ethnic Relations Commission (ERC) in deep financial crisis, forcing the organisation to go without telecommunication links. It is also unable to pay the salaries of more than 20 staff members for the month of May. Telephones and Internet access to the ERCβs Georgetown office have been disconnected for several weeks now.
The opposition alliance of A Partnership for National Unity (APNU) and Alliance For Change (AFC) cut the ERC's 2012 budget from GUY$99.4 million to GUY$1.00 (one dollar),

The Ramotar admin can choose to call snap elections or continue hold the presidency with all the pressures the opposition applied.
What they could do is start a "Black Book" National Development Fund like the PNC did.
they need to stretttttttttttccccccccccccchhhhhhhhhhhh that dolla
According to the constitution, the president can request a supplementary budget of an additional $10B which is half of the $21B? That could help half way!
And according to the constitution, the request can be denied.
What has Donald Rawmouthar learned from his failures?
APNU/AFC are anti working class
The ERC was a patronage agency of the PPP. It did nothing during its tenure worth them remaining in existence. If they had any relevance they would have at least commission a study as to how we end our low level racial animosity that plagued us since our founding as a nation. Look where the fake head of that agency ended up? Get rid of that irrelevant agency!
stop mis-using black people's kids for your nefarious ends. You dont use Anil and his pitiful self or even Narine, Kapil or latchman. Poor shondell and now this child is being abused by you. Black folks aint dumb. I bet none of them vote for the crooked PPP behind the curtains of the voting booth.
The issue at hand, is not who vote for who,the issue is the welfare of those working class families who lost their bread as a result of the opposition budget cuts.

Pryia can tell the teachers to take half a bread or no bread at all and they are the educators of the society. We owe them a duty. NCN and GINA are patrons of the PPP and the propagandist in charge and we owe them nothing. It is therefore quite right using the Manic one's reasoning to tell these to go eat cake as well.
