Just look at the way dem handling the oil company that deh in Guyana.
That company has a track record that every country dem been in, dem lie to de people and cut deals with government officials that rob de country and its people. Dem eventually leff countries oil-less, the government powerless and the people penni-less.

It is even more frightening when de government can issue a licence to the oil company when it failed to accept liability in case of an oil spill.
This is a basic requirement around the world for all oil companies.
Now that dem give away de licence without ensuring Guyana and its neighbours are protected, Dem boys want to know who will foot the bill in the case of a disaster or an oil spill.
Will it be Soulja Bai, Jagdeo, or the same minister that receive that email?
Dem boys want Soulja Bai and all Guyana to know that this is a company that has walked away without looking back at anything or anyone after it would have caused the world’s worst oil spills.
