Do you have one of those fryers, Mits?
I recently purchased a couple bags and didn't realize it was sweet plantain chips. Whatderass is that about sweet chips?
Have the Ninja and it comes with a good recipe book. Costco had it on sale. I even do beans, Breadfruit and sweet potatoes. Lot's of videos on YouTube.
Oh rant, newfangled stuff. I still using toaster oven for my fries. Breadfruit is never seen where I am, I lucky to find plantain.
Last week I bought plantain chips and didn't realize it was sweet. Since when they make sweet plantain chips? I ain't buying that again.

Never heard of that GTA, the pkg says Product of Colombia, pkgd by Grace foods.
I thought an Italian guy was the owner.

Maduros means ripened in Spanish. The same name is used for sweet ripe plantains that are sliced and fried.
