Bell, and AUSA Howard Master appeared. The defendant appeared with attorneys Charles E. Clayman and Amanda J. Marzullo. The defendant was placed under oath and questioned by the Court. Mr. Baldeo was deemed competent, and the Court granted his motion for a mistrial since his attorney (Mr. Mazurek) is unavailable due to a family emergency. The Court will notify the 12 jurors and 2 alternate jurors of the mistrial. The Court set May 27, 2014 as a trial control date. Time excluded from 2/14/14 through 05/27/14. Are they keeping him in custody still? It is kind suspicious a private plane left Guyana recently and landed in Miami. Flight risk and that. Just saying.

If Shaitan is hoping to become an attorney, he should take note of his friends and colleagues who are now attorney-in-jail. I will forgive him for being a Christian and glamorizing Satan. There was a true story when Jesus and Satan was strolling in the park one day, and Jesus said to Satan, Bhai so many chance I gave you and still you doing wrong things. What should I do to you Satan? Satan said, let me prove to you that I will never be praised like you for the good things I've done. The two of them sat on a park bench and Satan throw a dollar on the ground as an old lady was passing, and the lady pick up the dollar and said, praise be to God. God said bhai you get a point. Go back and be your evil self.

And do you know why the old lady said praise be to God? Well next time you look at a dollar, read what it says on it carefully. You'll find the words In God We Trust.
