Went to pay my bill at GPL Middle street... and guess what..
GPL has blackout.

This place got too much laugh.

Just to enlighten some of de foreigners here. When GPL pun main street got blackout its a mad scramble for an hour or so to figure out how to switch to manual mode so they can process payments. Many times they just do not process payments and if you have to do business with them in the offices upstairs fughet about it.

The entire building is dark like Rohee BT hole.
