This kid may be trying to break Churchill's record of 22 Masters degrees.
Impressive!
Hope Irfan take note.
Child geniuses don't necessarily have a happy life. It oftentimes turns out to be a curse rather than a blessing for many of these kids, like force fuh ripe fruit. They are oftentimes social outcasts and burdened with high expectations. Let your children enjoy their childhood, as it is gone in a flash. They have their entire adult lives to work and pursue academic excellence. Look at the slopster, he is the happiest man here, with just a soldering degree and no pressure from parents to pursue academics.
With thinking like yours, the world would have never had these Geniuses:

If the child enjoys it, then it would not affect him/her that much in the long run...if it's forced upon them from early, I'll agree with DrugB.
Let them enjoy their youth...get a good education and things will work out.
I agree with Ray.

"...His pursuit of college continued in high school where Brown remained connected to kids his own age. He participated in the school band and attended prom even though he had achieved his bachelor's degree at just 16 years old..."
I have seen children of a few friends rebelled after being pressured.
I never pressured my children and they are dong excellent. There has to be a balance for children.
