The argument is supported by the fact that that the had no provenance for any of the jobs for which they were given contracts and they failed at all of them. Note the packing plant is a white elephant, and pumps unaccounted for and they were not even the lowest bids on some of these contracts. The only reason for their entrance here is a quid pro quo with that crook jagdeo.
