The new People’s Progressive Party/Civic (PPP/C) Administration is faced with an uphill battle in dealing with the issue of political appointees who are refusing to tender their resignations following the recent change of Government.
According to Teixeira, some of the political appointees’ contracts contained no termination clause and therefore the new Administration is being faced with some difficulty in ending the services of such individuals.

Are these political appointees has been given enough time to vacate their office by the new government?
With the change of a government, political party appointees must vacate their posts.
The new government takes over a week ago. A week is enough time to vacate?

They knew since March 3rd that they lost the elections. It is their problems if they have to scram now. They should have been leaving since March instead of wasting time trying to steal the elections.
Quite simple process ...
political appointees vacate their offices when the past government leaves office.
Harmon isn't even trying to move. He is insisting that he should now work for Ali. You think they put on a comedy show with all those frivolous lawsuits this one would take the cake.

Granger said when a new president is elected and swears in then he will leave office. That day was August 02, 2020. All the political appointees should consider that date to make preparation to vacate, isn't it? Granger claimed that some of his appointees are being harassed by the new PPP admin.

Granger already left and so has Nagamootoo. Is Harmon bigger than those two that he can't move already too?

Yes! They had 5 months to do so. Are you making excuses for them not resigning?
