Highlighted part in blue is incorrect and without any basis within the constitution and operations of the government.
1. Should the PNC cum AFC win the election, David Granger will become the president.
2. It is the President who appoints the Prime Minister and other members of the cabinet.
3. The AFC members of this merges absolutely have no power to withdraw from the government, hence causing an election or forcing the PNC from being in power.
4. PNC do not have to dialogue with the AFC to remain in power.
5. Should David Granger becomes the President, he can replace any or all members of the AFC with individuals of his-Granger's choice.
DG unless you are assuming that the coalition will get 45 seats the coalition government can be ended by the mere fact that AFC exits. They will have 12 seats in a coalition gov't (less clear if they will have this if the PPP wins).
Given that the PPP will most likely have more seats than APNU will have once the 12 seats are taken from the coalition gov't, clearly there will be an immediate MONC, followed by an election, both of which APNU will lose.
Nagamootooo has been assigned certainly responsibilities. Again if Granger reneges than Nagamootoo walks with his 12 seats.
So Nagamootoo isn't defenseless even though the President has final say. that final say will not be that which will destroy a coalition gov't. Granger isn't a stupid man.
Please describe to me exactly what controls does the PPP have to assure Africans that the current Indo domination under the PPP will not continue.
I expect you to claim that this question is irrelevant!
Oh and thanks for admitting that Rohee can immediately dump Harper as PM and put in Jagdeo instead. Is that what the plans are?
Your presentation is immaterial and irrelevant to the constitutional process.
