You are some rather devious people. Lets examine this. The subsidy here wold amount to 2b a year for 30 thousand people or more. Meanwhile, the PPP has proposed to spend 4b in one year to help 20 thousand sugar workers!

But the truth for both groups if far different. The PPP ruined both their livelihood. The bauxite industry which supplied the electricity was not looked at as providing a free service but a deserved benefit it workers.

After 200 million US investment,  the sugar workers still have a failed industry. The four billion dollars is not going to them. That again is a brutally deceptive ruse.

It is going to rectify mismanagement by PPP cronies inclusive of the current president.

The Insurance scheme is going to fail because of thievery and corruption. I bet the bailout ( not mentioning the CLICO bail out was a cost already  incurred here) will be requested from the treasury as a subsidy to the old folks.

Thievery in the PPP knows no bounds.

AFC is like magnet to those who are ousted from the PPP gov't for corruption. For this reason, the PPP is reluctant to do a wholesale firing of unproductive of corrupted elements employed in the civil service. The AFC automatically becomes lawyer for criminals and corrupted crooks with the sole purpose of scoring political points against the government.
