It means less for the PPP to steal. What has been the transformative type of development from the PPP...the skeldon plant...the Marriott...the stadium...the one laptop deal...what the hell are you talking about. Every where our industries are failing and we show no sign of ever paying for a damn thing from earnings yet you folks are "developing". Well I must give you some kudos. You folks are into a second incarnation of Pradovilles in 20 years when the PPP did not even have one in 30 years. Burnham did not even have a house of his own!
