Good fo know who your opponents are.
Will be interesting to see how this develops.
In the 1960s PPP leader Cheddi Jagan called upon supporters to boycott D'Aguiar's Pepsi and I-Cee soft drinks in favour of Rahaman's Red Spot soft drinks. After the 1973 elections he called for a boycott of the Chronicle newspaper. He also called on Hindus to boycott "PNC pandits" whom he called bandits.
Lurlene Nestor has precedence to follow.

The PPP forget when they were in the pastures.
boycotts are important tools of resistance to be implemented with realism and smarts stunningly absent in this ill thought out "strategy" by Lurlene Nestor
for all the painfully OBVIOUS reasons . . .
THIS IS DESIGNED TO FAIL!

Excellent. So when will the AFC organize protests in these areas? They are Guyanese too, and should be part of the struggle for democracy. In addition a massive crowd will have Ramotar running to end the prorogation! He expects that in G/town, which he views as hostile territory. Corentyne, and it will lead to a massive heart attack.

Be bold AFC and do this. APNU can't help you there!
Yuh still there talking dotishness eh? nothing new to add to the conversation.
Shocking!!

Shocking!!
What is dotish about suggesting protests in Berbice and the Essequibo, organized by the AFC? Are the PPP boys correct when they claim that the AFC lacks the support to do so?
Or is it that people in those areas will only protest when they are directly affected (Berbice Bridge, crime, rice farmers not getting paid) but will not do so where the benefits are less immediate, as in fighting for democracy?
The PPP sees G/town as hostile and knew that there would have been a crowd. Their only disappointment was that the crowd behaved itself so that any PPP paid hooligans looking to cause trouble didn't have the opportunity to do so. So this protest doesn't intimidate them.
Their current panic is that they don't know how much inroads that the AFC has made into their Indian base. Granger does the right thing and speaks to people in those areas, but few will vote for him, and he knows that. What he wants to show them that he isn't a monster. It is the AFC which might peel off enough votes from the PPP to allow the APNU to squeak by if they get their base out.
APNU has shown that they can get support by drawing large crowds. The AFC, seen by many as being small and lacking its own consistent base, needs to prove that it can do the same.
Real Dotishness from a uninformed Racist who want to dictate strategy to AFC and APNU.
