There are some people who know their foreparts.  Nagamootoo knows some of his foreparents, and wrote about it in Hendree's Cure.

That's cool.

My maternal grandfather's dad was born on the ship in the middle of voyage from British India. I never knew my India-born great-great grandfather.

My other great-great grandfather I knew quite well as a child in Guyana. He was born in 1903, just two years after Queen Victoria died.

You know chap, I clearly used the term "maternal grandfather" as is my mother's father.

I'm quite aware that my PATERNAL GRANDFATHER Lutchman was born in British Guiana.

Wait wait chap...Your grandmother is my great-grandfather's sister? I thought you were related to Radica and the Ramnarayans? Or are we cousins on two separate lines?

Aren't you related to my paternal grandmother as well?
