Let me give you a clue about who Santa Claus is. His Original name is Saint Nicolas and he was Russian. After the Russian revolution Americans were weary of everything Russian even Saint Nicholas who they feared was communist, so they decided to change the spelling of Saint Nicholaus name for their childlike pronunciation becoming Sain'Nicolas and then Saniclaus and finally Santa Claus.

 Here is a typical example of you delusion. The idea of Saint Nic changing  is not to avoid kudos to a Russian saint. He was first a christian every nation changed it according to their linguistic and cultural license to sell the idea of gift given and the nativity. St Nic was democratized fool. There is no preference. We in Guyana called him Father Christmas. What does Santa Claus have to do with Columbus now knucklehead? Russian Orthodox Christianity spread there from the Byzantine Empire. The Russian Church having Nicholas as a Saint does not make him Russian. Next thing you'll want to tell me is that Jesus was Russian because they worhip him in the Russian Orthodox Church.
