I recall: many years ago another young lady was attacked at this location. The rogues took her BlackBerry and her life.

This is a common occurrence in Georgetown, especially around the Market and bus stops. The majority of victims are Indo Guyanese and the perpetrators are Hoyte Kith and Kin.
