Granger refuses to audit city hall when he came into office. He did a thorough CoI on every ministry, but he bypasses city hall until now. Now that LGE is forthcoming and things are getting out of hand, he decided to do a forensic audit. I have to give Granger credits for his action when it becomes necessary. What say you, Gilbakka?
