When DR Jagan was alive and he call a meeting in 1992 at Port Morant, there was over 15,000 in the audience who came for FREE. Today these goats celebrate for 3,000 dragged from all over Guyana and that is after feeding, clothing and transporting them.
This is a business for most of these 3,000 people - $5,000 is a nice small piece for turning up for 1 days work.
