Simon escorted through the dark High Court corridors shows signs of victory to his family who shouted “freedom”.
Meanwhile, a celebration outside the court was carried out by the family of Roger Anthony Simon called ‘Goat Man’, who was acquitted of 12 counts of murder, and 7 counts of manslaughter.
Justice George explained she could not free Simon since there is a second indictment against him.
Simon’s other charges include three counts of breaking and enter/larceny, one charge of unlawful wounding, and one for terrorism. State prosecutors objected to the request for bail by Simon’s attorney, Peter Hugh.

Hang 'em high. With appeals, they will not see death by hanging. They might even get their sentences commuted and eventually escape from prison. Let's wait and see what transpires.
It could be a good idea to hang them now. Because if they are still in jail alive if the PPP ever gets back in power, they'll be released. We all remember when the PPP released many criminals during the early 2000, who then went on to spread death and destruction across the land.
