The unfortunate killing of 3 persons by the police is no excuse for the actions of Benschop, Ramsaroop and the others who were there specifically to use the shooting to incite the people in furtherance of their own anti-government agenda

Linden people were well aware of the intentions of Benschop, Ramsaroop and the others, hence the early warning. But the unfortunate police killings gave the extremists a window of opportunity to ply their trade.

Burnham ran a dictatorship via rigged elections, aided and abetted by the military.  The PPP is/has been subject to free and fair elections even though you may not like the outcome.  There is no need for unconstitutional measures to remove the Govt.
