@Skelly, on May 11 APNU+AFC supporters will reach polling stations on their own steam or with assistance from privately-owned vehicles. No abuse of state resources.

That's why Guysuco is bankrupt and is now a big "goadie" we have to carry through govt subsidies.
However, I believe the trucks are private contractors who may be doing freebies for continued contracts. But you would never know if Guysuco is paying for them.

What these PPP guys don't yet realize is that Brigadier David Granger has sufficient influence in the GDF to requisition army trucks on May 11 to transport APNU+AFC voters and Ramotar cannot do a thing about it. However, Granger is a decent man and he wants to run a clean race and win fair and square. As indeed he should.

Jay, those truck owners know that if they refuse to transport PPP crowds, Guysuco would terminate their contracts. They are complying also because they are getting a premium/top up, according to my sources.
