2 bombs were placed in trash cans along the route.

They stopped cell phone service for fear that it can set off another bomb.

According to Fox News:

The FBI is treating this incident as a terrorist act regardless if it's domestic or international. They are guarding a person of interest who is hospitalized for severe burns. It's unclear whether the person they're guarding is a victim or the person of interest.

Which report says this?  trying desperately to find any such information on the internet and the only place I see this is on GNI.

I saw this photo posted on another forum. To me it looks out of place with the Boston Marathon and just doesn't fit into the context of what happened today but I could be mistaken. I haven't seen it at any official news sites. 

I think we should wait for official statements coming from the relevant authorities before jumping to any conclusions. 

I didn't hear anything about a Saudi national involved. However, the FBI is treating this case as a terrorist act whether or not it's a domestic or international crime on American soil.

The NY Post is reporting this but I've seen other places claiming that there is no such suspect in custody so who knows.

You will always find idiots making broad statements they simply can't back up. 

Since the IRA bombing in the London all the trash cans have been replaced with open wire baskets or cans with very narrow slots.

People still find ways to beat the system. 

We haven't had garbage bins or mail boxes in the Wall St area since 9/11/2001.

The Arabs were initially blamed for Oklahoma City.  People need to wait for the facts.

I say we be patient, find out who did it and if they are overseas, start up the drones. Send them in formation and blow their asses to smithereens even if they are living in the same apartment with generations from nine to ninety nine. if they are here, make sure they do not see the light of day from capture to death.

This is the problem. Your suggestion will create a cycle that never ends.
