We are seeking a qualified Bookkeeper or an Administrative Assistant with accounting experience to work in a Brooklyn office. The work schedule is Monday thru Friday 9am-5:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, calculate and process cash transactions
- Record business cash receipts and make bank deposits
- Enter data, maintain records and financial statements
- Maintain the petty cash fund
- Send out notices and Invoices
- Provide necessary information to Accountant
- Maintain an orderly filing system
- Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Manage rental leases
- Numerous administrative functions
Qualifications:
- 3 plus years experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office
- Great organizational skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Trustworthy with high integrity level
- College degree preferred
