There is a group called China-Brazil Space Committee formed by scientists from both countries. This isn't new. They normally work on satellite projects, but now they are re-structuring to have the capability of working in long term projects (over ten years), so they will be able to have a joint space program of the size or dimensions of a Space Station for instance.
