Thanks, I was just going to pack me Eskimo parka fa visiting Guyana.
Higher elevations in some South American countries in summer, do expereince colder weather.

It does indeed snow in some parts of the deep south in Brazil !
Some parts of Peru are also very cold in (NA) Summer. You would need a winter jacket if you wish to take a trip there. Note: It's not the entire country, while in other places, you would find houses without roofs because rain don't fall there for decades. Whether it's cold, hot or no rain, there's never a shortage of beautiful women that can regulate a man's body temperature.
That's a unique place for an old hippy with a pipe.

Colder than normal and all part of climatic change. Warming at the Poles doesn't mean warming elsewhere.
When his golf courses are under water Trump will blame Hillary, the Mexicans and the Muslims.
Low for Rio at this time of the year will normally be around 60 F. Not cold enough for hyperthermia.

40 degrees below zero(F) is cold, not including the wind chill factor. Any temp above zero (F) is good.
