Greene should be locked up in a mad house, or better still, a dungeon. He is probably plotting the overthrow of the government.

Many years ago, I think it was 1978, a stupid police commander just like Greene tried to boss about a group of soldiers in Suriname. They gunned him down on the spot. And that is how Bouterse first came to power in Suriname. It seems to me that Greene needs the same treatment.

Police Commissioner Henry Greene on Tuesday obtained a temporary High Court order, blocking police from slapping him with a rape charge because Director of Public Prosecutions’ (DPP) advice is bad and the woman lacks credibility.

Greene, in court documents seen by Demerara Waves Online News (www.demwaves.com ), admitted to having sexual intercourse with the woman at Villa hotel but said it was consensual and he was never armed.

Lawyers for Commissioner of Police Henry Greene have secured an order barring the police from instituting a rape charge against him, Crime Chief Seelall Persaud said this afternoon.

During a telephone interview, Persaud said that he had just received an order from the High Court preventing the police from instituting charges until “a challenge to the DPP’s advice is heard.”

We had an Indian Police Commissioner Balram Raghubir, who later was moved to India as Guyana's High Commissioner.

Greene setting a new legal trend move to the High Court to bar the DPP from prosecuting you.

He is saying he did had sex and the lady is claiming rape as far as I am know in those circumstances a charge is normally instituted and let the matter be tried in the court of law.

The prosecution needs more women to come forward. Their case against Green is very weak.
