Sorry to let this out as a newbie.

In the coming days, both Commissioner Seelall Persaud and his assistance David Ramnarine will be dismiss from the force.

They will be replace by 2 Africans from 4th ranks in the force. Ramjatan is not happy.. but he is a rubber stamp anyway. Pressure is on him to quit. Moses has support the move and is in disagreement with Ramjat.
