PPP General Secretary/Home Affairs Minister gives the nation the finger just after casting his ballot . Why did the presiding officer allow him to stain the wrong finger in the first place?

Yep! This is the treatment the Guyanese people can expect if Rohee and gang of kleptocrats win. The PPP sent a message this election: we are stealing 5 times what we did in past. They did not choose a low IQed election song this time "dem a watch we," but they sure know how to project low class behavior.
