It's chaos. And I am not being alarmist. The military has been put on standby, body bags have been stockpiled, and refrigerated lorries could get commandeered. The UK is currently the largest buyer of fridges and freezers in the world.

Oh well.  Some predict that the UK will descend into what it once was. A marginal and impoverished nation existing at the fringe of Europe.

London will remain a global city because it exists as a mid point between East Asia and NYC.  It allows a 24 hour global world.

The rest of the UK I am not sure.  Ironically those who voted Brexit will suffer the most and those who support Remain will likely survive.  Maybe fewer ultra wealthy Chinese, Nigerian, Arabs, Indians and Russians will buy real estate in London.  This will benefit that city as real estate will become marginally cheaper, even as the high end retail businesses suffer a bit.

What the British will learn is that they are not the equals of the USA.  Inside the EU they were a voice of sanity within one of the global economic super powers.  Outside of it they are a mid tier nation equivalent to India or Brazil. Not much incentive to listen to them. In fact India's trajectory is much more positive than the UK's given its huge population and growing middle class.

So the UK will be a bigger and more powerful version of Norway if all works out.  Those who pine for the days of Queen Victoria, when GB was a super power, will be shocked out how irrelevant they just became.

white supremacists exist in Australia as the NZ incident shows and Australia is thousands of miles away from the EU. 

The UK has always had its white supremacists (Enoch Powell) and in fact those folks tend to be fervently Brexit.
