Britain celebrates its comeback to South America as it looks for support against Argentina's claim on its stolen islands. The very well known divide and conquer tactic. This time will be different because Britain is in decline and has nothing to offer.

Britain can send their plains to protect the falkland Islands which means they will have to refuel in Guyana. Enter venezuela.
