This has to be a joke. Only recently I had to conduct some legal transaction in Guyana and corruption was prevalent all the way through, every govt worker had their hands out for bribe. This is all Nancy story by Cathy, just lip service while they fill their pockets.

Bribery is an embedded culture in the Guyanese population. Either you give a bribe to get something done or you ask for a bribe to get something done.
It is not called bribe anymore. It is now appreciation dues prior to this it was known as a lil raise
