We had contact with them twice. The first time my wife dealt with them and she was worried. I was in Guyana then; they did not get anything. The second time was a joy to let them have it. These guys were Indians.
I've gotten letters from Nigerian con men who claimed that they have millions of dollars on over funded projects in Lagos that they wanted to transfer to the United States. I know about these people and do not fall for their scams. The letters they send are well written and appear to be authentic at first glance.
I hope we don't start have Guyanese doing the same when the petro dollars start to flow in.

I look at some of these letters and laugh. Check the spelling and grammar on some of these letters from Sgt. Bob and the rest.

An india Indian tried to con me over the phone with a Microsoft scam. I told him I will chop his balls off with a hand Ax if he ever call me back.
An Indian lady tried telling me that my computer was having errors and crashing. I tried to be nice to her but she insisted on convincing me that I should listen to her. I told her 'you could hardly speak and understand f**king english and you are telling me about my computer'? I also had some choice words for her too.

The IRS and US Govt never call you on the phone. They send you an official Govt letter with the issue and US contact information. And if you have doubts, call or go into your local IRS office!
