This is encouraging. But there will be some staff changes. I just got a message from someone who never voted PPP in his life. He is scared. I told him no need to worry. If anything happens don't stay quiet. Of course, I won't mind making some people uncomfortable.

these people are conditioned to working a specific way. There is need for a culture of independence and creative input not sycophants and followers. There is a country to be run differently than before and not as these people seen it run previously and were contented.

The guy I mentioned has a very interesting life story. He could not finish high school because of poverty. He has zero CXC or O'Level. He became a fisherman for a few years. He would take his boat out into the Demerara river to catch cat fish early in the morning...like 4AM every morning. Then traverse the villages to sell his catch. He helped finance the education of his younger sibling. He had one advantage...he like reading. With some strange luck he got a job as a store clerk with Toolsie. He moved into bookkeeping. He self-studied and completed several LCC exams on his own and paid for his fees. He never had a handout. He then studied several years, most nights late into the morning hrs like 3AM for the ACCA...years he dis this. Never took a class. Paid all his fees. He studied on his own while working. He completed the ACCA and moved to several senior positions in private sector. Many will tell you the ACCA is not a mickey mouse exam. Eventually he applied and got a job at a senior finance post at a semi-autonomous govt agency. It is not a political appointment. He hates PPP because he cannot take the corruption of the PPP activists in his village. If they remove him because of his race...I take it personally because in many ways I see myself in his life story. I get very emotional over these types of issues...because I abhor political wh0res...I never got anything because of a connection to a party.

David Granger will need to continue with a vision for inclusiveness, regardless of individual's political approach.
