For a long time now I disabled the PM feature in my Settings. I was fed up with getting unsolicited documents and queries about the identities of other members. Very happy since I closed PM. And, yes, you have a point there. I don't trust the so-called security or confidentiality of that PM.

PM is secure ,unless you disclose forum Login Information ,or the forum is hacked. One good security is to periodically change your passwords.
