After 20 years the PPP/Crooks have failed to reform to police force.

What happened to the establishment of the Human Rights Commission? The law was passed to set it 10 years ago?

Ramotar have to stop conducting himself as the Secretary of the PPP/C and start behaving as the President of Guyana.
