Jagdeo due back from Rome today – after chairing high-level meeting on Forests

Former President Dr. Bharrat Jagdeo was in Rome on Monday 8th February, to chair the Steering Committee of COFO in preparation for its 23 session in July , 2016. COFO is the Committee on Forests of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation.
He is slated to return to Guyana today to participate in the ongoing week-long budget debate that began in the National Assembly on Monday.
