Chandina Khan made a clean sweep of the field last Sunday at the Theatre Guild Playhouse when Fitness Paradise Gym held its Annual Gym Expo event. Winning the Miss Bikini and the Miss Best Legs events, Chandini Khan has definitely emerged as one of the finest female physiques the country has ever produced. This yearβs contest was much more demanding than previous editions since the ladies were required to execute a Stage 1 that involved cardio and endurance exercises as well as a written examination based upon a Manual that they studied. Chandini faced competition in the Miss Bikini from Tenicia DeFreitas, Delice Adonis and Andrea Jacobs. In the Miss Best Legs first time competitor Melitha Anderson impressed the crowd with the muscular development of her thighs and graceful posing. She placed 2nd overall. Also new to the field was Angelica Holder who gave a classy and elegant display. The win by Khan has won her a passage and accommodation to Suriname to participate in the Eddy Wilson Classic which comes off on Saturday September 23 at Congress Hall in Paramaribo. Given her well-sculpted physique Ms Khan, who six months ago was a chubby newcomer to Fitness Paradise Gym, will be looking beyond Suriname to a more challenging Bikini field in regional and extra-regional competitions.
