Charged with kidnapping and buggering two boys
Josiah Kyle Nicholas, 21, has appeared in court charged with crimes including the kidnapping and buggering of two boys in Port of Spain and Arima three week apart in April.
Nicholas, an auto mechanic, has been denied bail on all charges.
Before Port of Spain Seventh Court Magistrate Adia Mohammed, the accused was charged with at Gordon Street, Port of Spain on April 28, driving without a driverβs permit or insurance, and possession of a firearm. He was also charged with common assault, robbery with aggravation, kidnapping, false imprisonment, sexual touching and the buggery of a 12-year-old boy.
The court was told that he has a pending charge of robbery with aggravation dating to 2012, and details of this charge with be presented to the court on Wednesday when Nicholas reappears.
He is also charged with the grievous sexual assault, kidnapping, robbery with aggravation, and buggery involving a boy in Arima on April 8. Josiah Kyle Nicholas on his way to court.
On these charges, Nicholas was also denied bail and the cases adjourned.
